It shows people dancing traditional dances, the women in terno and the men wearing jipi (palm) hats. Elements from the natural environment are also shown, for example red hibiscus flowers, palm trees and other greenery. The underskirt has a cinched elastic waist.

The dress has a large rectangular bib of white floral embroidery and lace, which repeats on the lower portion of the dress. There is a lace fringe. The skirt has a cinched elastic waist. The bottom half is decorated with white lace and floral embroidery.
