The cross-stitch embroidery is mainly medium and light blue with some areas in a dark blue. It is composed of many repeating geometric designs in rows. For each shoulder, there is a small black ribbon with sewn on snap button closures.

The lower back is a large embroidered panel composed of squares with a large diagonal diamond pattern within. The sleeves and sides continue the repeating geometric patterns from the front. Interior lined with a shiny black fabric.

There is light blue embroidery on the sides around the pocket slits and down the centre front in geometric and floral motifs. There are vertical blue lines. The inside is unlined.
