Long sword-like blade with a wooden handle and sheath. Handle curves sharply downwards and is ornately carved with a floral and geometric pattern using negative space. Sheath has an asymmetrical, curving cross-guard and a metal inset at the tip.

The brown cloth band is attached together by fibre stitching and decorated with metal coins and balls. There are seven silver coloured coins with holes near one edge attached to the band with fibre stitching. On one side of the coin there is a coat of arms in the centre with characters around the edge. The other side shows a man's head in profile with characters around the edge.
