Wooden ornament in shape of a killer-whale fin with sea-bear's face painted at base. Cotton fringe attached to holes along the back edge. A face is carved on both sides, just above the base with painted red lips and nose, traces of blue-green paint around the face, and traces of black on eye brows. There are two rounded holes carved in the upper 'fin' area. Base of object carved down as if to fit in a slot. Two-ply thread as hair, possibly handmade cord of nettle fibre? Abalone shell inlay for eye and mouth.
Dark blue dance apron with many flattened copper pieces and mountain goat hooves hanging from the front. Two rows of skin fringe; the first is cut into 1/2 to 1 1/2 cm wide strips with a hoof sew onto the end of each one; the second has 1/2 cm wide strips with flattened copper on each end. Hem edge also has a strip of red cotton sewn over it. The green, red and beige striped apron tie is in one piece, basted along the front edge near the top edge and extending beyond the apron. Inside is lined with cotton over the front section and there is a safety pin at the side.
Mask carved from one piece of wood in the shape of a human face. Pronounced brow ridges and cheekbones, nose and lips. Eyes have holes carved through the centres and are painted black around the holes. Brows are black. Lips, nose, forehead and ear areas are painted red.
Tall square bentwood box with lid (part b). The front and back are painted red and black in different distributive Northwest Coast style designs. The lid is slightly flared and painted black. The box has dark patina over the wood that has been scratched or worn off on the inside.
Carved, hollow, wooden, model totem pole with base. From bottom, human, then a beaver with a stick in its mouth, then an eagle with a human in beak and a bear on top. Bear on top is attached with a wooden peg.
Short wooden totem pole painted black, red, green, yellow and white. Figures, from top to bottom: eagle, raven with frog in mouth, whale-like figure with a wolf protruding from mouth. Mounted on a flat, wooden base with squared-off edges. Flat and unpainted at back.
Free standing pole. Large frog at base; two standing figures above the frog, holding hands at centre; at the top is a crouching figure that holds an upsidedown bird on his chest, with the tail touching his chin. Red and black paint used for design details.
Cedar bark belt consisting of five braided sections tied together with fine cedar twine. The design alternates with undyed and dyed sections. The dyed are red and green strips braided together. Both ends are unbraided and frayed.

Figure: large u shaped ear has a tapered downward extension, tip melds with body; large eye ovoid has ovoid pupil in pointed eyelid lines; curved open beak, back of lower mandible rests on body; body has a partial profile humanoid face with a large curled nostril attached to the upper lip band above large square teeth; split u forms in front of face and on lower left; bent leg next to body has a two-clawed foot; arm extension from base of u form in front of face terminates in a hand with an outward facing palm, bent elongated thumb touches shoulder, ovoid in palm, u form below. Crosshatched background.

Head has an ovoid pupil in extended pointed eyelid lines; short open beak with red split u next to eye area; back part of lower mandible rests on body ovoid, which has an interior line with two equidistant pointed extensions; at side on right bent leg with claw encompassing partial human face; wing at side on left has interior ovoid and u forms; leg partially obscured by wing; two tail feathers with interior u forms. Pencil inscription below wing reads '151/156' and below claw reads 'N. Tait Sept. 77.' Decal edge at side on right. The print is on vertically rectangular, beige paper.
