Beaded Necklace2790/10

White beaded necklace. A small rectangular panel decorated with three similar motifs in green, orange, blue and black hangs at one end of thick cord of twined double strings of beads. The necklace (or headband?) fastens with a loop over two larger beads at the opposite end of the cord.

Beaded hide apron with straight top and five scalloped panels hanging along the bottom. Brass ring trim at edge of waist flap. The lower front is divided into 5 hanging panels of varied length, with a small tab at each side. Beaded motifs in green, blue, pink, brown, and red in a white background include bands along the top, a house with a cross on the roof in the centre, and a Z and a cross on the central hanging panel.

Skin apron with beadwork on rolled waist band and in a thick band across the waist flap. Stitched to the edge of the flap are two rows of brass and copper rings and knotted into it at one side is a skin tie. The front skin surface is blackened (possibly shoe polish).

Long, beaded bridal train, rectangular in shape. The body of the object has a white beaded background with dark blue, green, purple, aqua and red geometric designs outlined in black. The bottom tapers to an end with three white beaded shapes decreasing in size: square, rectangle and triangle. The top is edged with large orange beads that attach to a large, two stringed, ring of black, dark blue, aqua, purple and orange beads displayed in a repeating pattern.

Vertically rectangular, beaded apron. Light blue and dark blue knotted and beaded fringes separating two small rectangular panels on either side, with a design consisting of a green diamond shape surrounded by white outlined by black with a a purple triangle at each corner. Along the top, there is a five part green shape outlined by black and white. Below, there are three box shapes with the central one having a four-pointed purple shape with a blue triangle at each upper corner and a green triangle at each lower corner and each of the side boxes having a smaller four-pointed green shape with a downward pointing purple arrow at the outer upper corner. Below, there is a band with a central dark blue diamond shape that has, at either side, an outward pointing purple arrow, a green hour glass shape, and two inward pointing green arrows. Below, there is a thin dark blue band outlined by black. On canvas backing.

Rectangular beaded apron. Black, white, blue, red, green, and yellow beadwork on the canvas backing. Main design is consisting of an elongated clear light blue trapezoid above a white geometric shape that has a red diamond shape within, a three-stepped green shape at either side, and a horizontal dark blue rectangle. There is a pair or red triangles above the trapezoid and a pair of yellow triangles below. All shapes are outlined by black on a white background. The design is bordered by a row of black, then a row of green. Above the main beadword design, there is a horizontal zig zag row of alternating clear yellow and black bead sections on a piece of black fabric.

Rectangular skin apron. Apron is wider at the top and tapers towards the bottom. Top of apron has a long tubular beaded rim with white, black, green, purple, and blue beads wrapped around a fibre form. Skin flap extends below beaded fibre form. Overall design on skin apron consists of white rectangles, and triangles in white, black, green, and blue, and purple. In between two panels on either side of the bottom of the apron, there is a section of skin fringe with white and blue beads attached to the ends.
