Rows are (from exterior to interior): alternating white and blue, orange-red, amber, orange-red, white, orange-red, periwinkle blue, orange-red. All beads are circular except for white beads in exterior row; white beads are oval-shaped. Thin strands of braided metal placed intermittently across neck ring to hold beads in place. Necklace secures at back with a large hook clasp.

Gourd container with attached lid, round bottom, and a long slender neck that curves. Leather lid covers circular opening, and has beaded stripes along the top and bottom edges; done in light green, red, dark blue, orange, and white. Lid is attached to long hide strip that is stitched along the back of gourd, acting as a handle; skin strip is looped at end. Groupings of stripes decorate length of strap; done in dark blue, red, orange, and white.

Oval-shaped attachment along inner edge, decorated in dark blue beads; able to cross necklace band or protrude inward. Necklace secures at back with a large hook clasp.
