Elephant standing on slightly curved bars, possibly wheel axles, with an arch-backed platform on back. Elephant wears decorated headpiece and back pad. Red patches on face.
Betel nut cutter depicting a bejewelled amorous couple, or mithuna. The male figure is holding a small, elaborately dressed and adorned female with his right arm. The female is offering the male a betel in her upturned palm. The male figure's legs form the cutter handles, and there is a blade on the right side of his body. The hinge is at the male figure's right shoulder. The male figure is decorated front and back, and the female figure is roughly finished on the back.
Cylindrical with extended lip. Stylized lotus pattern band around base and around top under lip overhang. Center band: panels of geometric designs alternating with inlaid copper panels, with narrow copper bands above and below. Light brown residue inside, and on rim, traces of green patina.
Rectangular, four-legged hinged-lid box. Lid is perforated to form a basket-like pattern; a stylized peacock sits on each corner; decorative knob in lid center. Plain box bottom except for narrow strip of fine incising. Two openings in back of box, one closed.
Ornament consisting of two pendants hanging by wire coils from a single ring with a metal loop at the top. The pendants are both shaped with a point at the top, sides that curve outwards and then back in to an elongated tip. One pendant has a vaguely spoon-shaped tip, the other is slightly pointed. Two convex leaf-like shapes hang from either side of the top part of each pendant on chains. Each pendant has a floral pattern inlaid with blue, green and red beads.
Female figure seated cross-legged on a four-footed rectangular base. She holds a ladle-like object in hands across lap. Jewellery and clothing depicted by incising and circular stamp. She wears a tiered headpiece.
Oil lamp with a pointed knob on outside at back of bowl and an elongated snout opposite the knob. Slight foot at base.
Oil lamp with a very deep spout for wick. The flat handle has three points. There is a rough incised line around the bowl rim and handle, and the bowl sits on a slightly flared base.
Cosmetic bowl with hinged lid on high round perforated base. Bowl has four protruding metal pieces around its perimeter and one larger protruding metal piece in the centre. Four of the five metal pieces have swirled metal pendants attached to them.
Standing Buddha in Gupta style. Head with ushnisha, elongated ear lobes, and urna between eyebrows. Robes are depicted by incising. Diamond marks on palms of hands.
