Throwing stick with bronze handle. Flat green disc (fwith new binding) attached to an algarobo wood shaft with a light brown string. Unbroken.
Quipu, or string abacus. Small twill weave basketry pouch (part a) holding part of a knotted cord quipu (part b; incomplete). The quipu has white, brown and dark brown coloured cords.
Long shawl pin with rounded body, flat and rounded filigree disc head with an applied convex centre and an acute point at the opposite end. Made of separate pieces that were joined together. Disc has two bands of wave motifs. Hammered technique. Slightly corroded.
Ceremonial bronze knife. Semi-circular blade with sharpened edge, tubular handle and llama with man lying on its back in rounded-flat base pommel. Corroded.
Small wooden spoon with seated man motif in handle. Male is wearing an animal headdress on pommel. Unbroken.
Polished aryballo or “urpu” with false handles in long-flaring spout rim, vertical side handles on body, and conical base. Cream and dark brown band decoration on neck, triangles on outer rim, applied dark brown and cream geometrical “V” decoration on upper red-brown body. Half of body is cream coloured, the other half has red-brown paint and a wide panel of painted geometric decoration of zigzags with concentric squares. Broken and repaired.
Cream-coloured bottle in lucuma fruit form. Terracotta with cream, brown and orange-brown slip. Flaring spout in black with vertical cream lines and a sacrificial victim design lying across top with a Tumi knife at their throat. Male figure is wearing a black vest with double vertical cream lines, headdress with triangular in relief motif and phallic design. Modeled and molded technique. Breakage not restored.
