Metal eagle on rectangular plate base. Feet are triangle-shaped and legs are cylinder-shaped. The wings are flat semi-circles with parallel semi-circular grooves . A tapered rod is fastened with a band on each wing. The body has three rounded longitudinal sections above. The complex head hangs down to base level. The tail is an upturned fan with radiating lines and shorter horizontal lines resembling feathers.

Rings are carved around the neck. The horizontal rectangular arms are outstretched to the sides with small pointed breasts below. The lower half of the body is cylindrical and ends with a base at the bottom. Red, green, brown, blue, and yellow beaded strings adorn the figure at the top, and a turquise, pink, white, and yellow beaded string adorns the bottom. The figure is attached to a black painted stand with a metal nail. The stand has red velvety material on the bottom.
