Description
Cylindrical with extended lip. Stylized lotus pattern band around base and around top under lip overhang. Center band: panels of geometric designs alternating with inlaid copper panels, with narrow copper bands above and below. Light brown residue inside, and on rim, traces of green patina.
History Of Use
For use in small temple or household to offer holy water from the holy Ganga or Jamna Rivers to Hindu gods.
