Description
Horned anthropomorphic figure standing on a square base. The edges of the base are slightly uneven or curved, and there is a small jut on the back edge of the base. Most of the paint on the figure is chipped, exposing sections of grey metal underneath. The figure is holding long, thin poles, painted red and white, in each hand. The figure appears to be wearing a collar, which is painted with red, yellow, and white stripes. The centre of the figure's torso is also painted with these tricolour stripes. The figure's eyes are painted red, and there are red and white lines on the figure's forehead. The figure has a tail, which is curved downwards, and diamond-shaped ears, which point backward.
Narrative
Purchased by the Kelowna Museum (now the Okanagan Heritage Museum) from Mr and Mrs Henry Hildebrand in 1982.
