Description

Braided silver belt with an irregularly-shaped buckle and hook clasp. Oval-shaped clips are spread along length, holding the braids together; decorated with raised flower and leaf designs. Centres of flowers closest to hooked end have been cut out, to function as belt holes. Buckle has intricately carved serpent-like creature and curvilinear motifs across surface; edges are raised and have vertical lines engraved throughout.
