Bracelet Item Number: 3207/12 from the MOA: University of British Columbia
Bracelet made of coin silver with large turquoise stone. Cuff is oval in shape, open at back, and widens broadly at front where three horizontal bars hold small plates of stamped design on either side of the oval green and brown turquoise piece at front. Silver balls are used as further embellishment. Arms are stamped with curving lines, small arrows, and gammadion crosses.
The donor's mother purchased the bracelet in 1935, from a man in Phoenix who had previously operated a trading post on the Navajo reservation.
