Oil painting of a Tibetan man, on canvas. The man faces to the right, looking over his shoulder. He wears a fur lined hat, a blue earring, and a white collared shirt with a grey jacket or robe. The face is wrinkled, particularly around the eyes and cheeks. He is unsmiling. Illegible artist signature painted in red at the bottom left corner. The painting is in a gold wood frame, and lined at the back with brown paper.
Collected by the donor during trips to Tibet in 1988 and 1990.
