Byzantine coin of Tiberius III, 698-705. Obverse: bust of Tiberius, facing front, with short beard; he wears a cuirass and holds a spear diagonally in front of his body; inscriptions are illegible. Reverse: large ‘M’; to left, ‘AN[NO]’ in a vertical position; to right, ‘I’; above, cross; beneath, ‘B’.
