Obverse: bust of Justinian I, facing front; to left, he holds a globus cruciger; to right, he holds a shield; above shield, there is a cross; inscriptions are illegible. Reverse: large ‘I’; to left, ‘ANNO’ in a vertical position; to right, ‘XXXϤI’ in a vertical position; above, cross; in exergue, ‘[T]HEϤP’.
