Grey clay figure, rectangular in shape with a cream slip. Depicted is part of a head with incised eyes, mouth and ear plugs. The back is flat. The nose and mouth are worn. Fragment of a larger object.

Series of fragments unearthed in Mexico. Duplicates were granted transportation to Canada in 1971. Collected by H. L. Patrick.
