Byzantine coin of Justin I, 518-527. Obverse: bust of Justin I, facing right, with diadem, cuirass, and paludamentum; to the left, inscription is illegible; to the right, it says 'VSPPAV'. Reverse: large 'M'; to left, a star with a pellet above it; to right, a star; above, cross; beneath, possibly 'A'; in exergue, inscription is illegible, but probably 'CON'.
