Snowshoes Item Number: A2.545 a-b from the MOA: University of British Columbia
Pair of light brown wooden snowshoes; one end is narrows slightly to an upturned, round tip while the other tapers to an extended point. Two wooden crossbars separate the rawhide mesh-like latticework into three main sections, with the latticework in the central section being of a thicker construction.
Cultural origin unknown. Similar manufacturing technicque to A2.548 a-b and 1003/78 a-b.
