Description

Green, white and red 100000 Yuan bank note issued by the Central Bank of China in 1949. On one side of the bill, there is a portrait of a man with a dark moustache next to a central multicoloured graphic design with large light coloured Chinese characters in the centre. The bill is framed with green coloured graphic designs and Chinese characters in each corner. On the other side of the bill in the centre is a picture of building with a flag. "One Hundred Thousand Gold Yuan" is written in bold at the bottom of the bill. Each side has a large graphic "100000." The bill is framed with green coloured scrolled and circular designs.
