Description

Carved and painted model totem pole with mask, frog and eagle figures. All figures have unusually large wide eyes. The base is a longitudinally cut piece of bone. The back of the pole is flat and uncarved.

Model poles like these were commissioned by Union Steamships. This was likely made by a First Nations person.
