Cordage Item Number: 45KT20/199 from the The Burke: University of Washington
Two braided fibers. Braid is made from fibers with the consistency of straw. Braid is tightened at one end and looser at the other end. Fibers are brittle and broken especially towards the looser end. Unattached fibers have been bagged. Old label reading "45 KI 8 199/3S2-3 AR-94" was removed and bagged along with a box label reading "45KT20 (KI8) 4E20 Box 4.0." Artifact Record Notebook 1 #94 matches description reading "Cordage 3 strand braid, 3S2-3, 35". Cordage was found at 35". C. Phillips, 10/21/2009
