Cobble Tool, Modified Stone Item Number: 45SN100/253 from the The Burke: University of Washington

Description

This lithic is made of dark grey basalt with lighter banding. It appears to be a broken fragment of a larger rock, much of the surface is worn smooth. There are signs of force along one side with incidental pressure flakes on one surface.
