Bethke 10/11/2005 From "Descriptive Catalogue of Petroglyph Prints for the University of Washington, from The Dalles Dam Resevoir, 1956." by Mark Hedden, located in the Archaeology Archives: Bird with diamond body, straight tail, rakelike wings and elaborately feathered head. Possibly interposed with another more obscure design. Large elk with rectangular body, antlers curving back with ten tines.
