Unmodified Bone Fragment Item Number: 45KI59/4N27W/276 from the The Burke: University of Washington

Description

Bone fragment has been shaped into an uneven point, and possibly polished. The exterior surface shows at least six cut marks. The surface of the bone has been painted with white-out and the number "45KI53 4N27W 276" has been written on it in black ink. Excavated by J.N. Leavitt and Kipper on 6/28/80 and identified as a "toggle harpoon?-worked bone." M. Herkelrath 11/13/03
