Petroglyph rubbing on long fiber tissue paper with black ink. K. Meyers 8/20/2003 From "Descriptive Catalogue of Petroglyph Prints for the University of Washington, from The Dalles Dam Resevoir, 1956." by Mark Hedden, in Archaeology Archives: Monster with ovoid body, straight arms curving down at ends, possibly feathers attached. Legs similarly curved at ends. Heart-shaped head, with headdress (probably a later addition) of single pronged antler pattern. This figure is superimposed on a less elaborate standing figure (below left) with horns. Mt Sheep at base.
