Meyers 8/20/2003 From "Descriptive Catalogue of Petroglyph Prints for the University of Washington, from The Dalles Dam Resevoir, 1956." by Mark Hedden, in Archaeology Archives: Two standing figures, adjacent, possibly "Twins". Mountain Sheep in rows, horns curved back (seven or more). Large Mountain Sheep, rectangular bodied, horns frontal. Cross with solid orbs at terminations. Two "Boundary Markers" (Rakes vertically oriented). Concentric circles. Large Elk with rectangular body & triangles incised (forming positive zigzag pattern). Rows of triangular pendants & a diamond-shaped abstraction with rays.
