Point, Chipped Stone Item Number: 1999-97/134 from the The Burke: University of Washington

Description

Obsidian point with deep, broad side notches. The base is flat, and the margins are straight but somewhat irregular. Cross-section is lenticular. In plan-view, the point is assymetrical, leaning towards one side. It appears to have been manufactured from a portion of a much larger biface. J. Fisher 07/15/03
