Description

Hummingbird charm. Bird is mounted on a rectangular piece of red cloth, and enclosed in a plastic package. The body of the hummingbird is entirely covered by a case made of green, silky thread.

History Of Use

Said to be carried in a purse as a good luck charm, or placed under a bed as a fertility charm.

Purchased by the donor in a Puebla market in May 1971.
