Round, heavy, open bowl. Smooth outside with a thick foot. Rim is ringed and thick. Inside is incised with linear design and an 'x' over incised lines.
History Of Use
Used for grinding and pounding roots, grains, spices, condiments etc. The linear designs incised across the interior allow for condiments to be ground easier.
