Description
A yellow white crescent-shaped object with rounded ends. Hole drilled in it through which leather thong is looped.
History Of Use
A hole is pierced through fleshy part of seal's lower lip. A thong with a handle on one end is passed through hole and the toggle is attached. Points on toggle's ends press into flesh and hold toggle in place, allowing seal to be dragged.
