Description

Horn cup with a spout. Rim and spout are uneven with a hole in the spout. Upper, outer surface is rough and wrinkled. There is a roughly incised ring near the pointed tip. Interior striations and unpolished. Exterior is polished.

History Of Use

Horn cups reflect the rank and status of their owners. Men of authority have the most elaborately carved royal buffalo horn ones.
